If we are unable to assist you over the phone, we can remote into your computer and work on it as if we were there. You will need to download and run our TRG Remote Support Client. It is a fully encrypted and safe little application and leaves no "footprint" or "mess" on your computer. You can easily load our program by clicking on one of the buttons below.
You should immediately see the following prompt. Go ahead and click on Run and the file should start to download.
Once downloaded, the next message will look similar to this. Again, click on the Run button.
TRG's Remote Support Client should start up. You will need to ask our engineer on the phone for a code. Enter it and then click Connect.
You may see a box in the upper left hand corner of your screen saying Downloading Plugins.
Once it is complete, you should see the following prompt. Click on Show to allow the engineer to view your desktop.
You will have successfully finished the remote help procedure when you see the following at the top of your screen. Thank you for allowing us to assist you in resolving your problem.
